Feed a family-Dili flood and lockdown relief

55801076_1617506506523231_r.jpegDespite over 12 months of hardwork to keep Covid abay in the last month Dili, Timor-Leste has had a COVID outbreak which caused  the city  into lockdown once again. In a country with a developng  economy this situation is bad as people can no longer go home to their family in the districts for food. Combine this with minimal government support and families  are now starving. Last night Dili received 12 inches of rain and is badly flooded. This flood will just intensify the food shortage situation.

Timor-Leste has played a significant role in my life over the last 20 years. It is a beautiful country, the people strong and resilient but right now they need our help to get through this double crisis.

If you can afford it please buy a sack of rice for a family by donating $AUD25.00. If you donate I will send a photo of your sack of rice being delivered.
