He aha te mea nui o te ao? He tāngata, he tāngata, he tāngata!
(What is the most important thing in the world? It is the people)
What started with sharing kai/food with thoses in need has now created a movement to support many Kiwis struggle with little or no assistance during this time.
After many loosing jobs unsure of how
to provide food for their families or keep a roof over their heads, a few of us kiwi's here on the Gold Coast have started to unite & gather to be a voice for those who dont have one.
Govt have yes released some funds For New Zealanders who may claim but must first must be eligable. This does not bridge the gap for for all kiwis.
So our roopu (group) Gc Kiwis United
have been focused on gathering to link & connect up services for people Ineed
around Gc. We have created this Go Fund me page to assist in many ways.
Ultimately we seek equality for all, compassion & kindness amoungst us as we are all in this together. We are greatful to our supportive. Aussie family & friends & those who work tirelessly to provide daily for us.
We honour our Indeginous people of the land for embracing many of us who have created a family & home away from home. Always staying connected to our Anscetors of Aotearoa & our connection to the land.
Least we forget the many times our countries have stood together through
wars, fires& floods with this time being
no different. We are all connected as
Let us be the change in the world we
want to see & be for betterment of our
Any koha or donation that comes in will
be most greatfully excepted with love to help those in need.
