Caitlin's Childens Future

We are the Jordan Family and we are raising money for Caitie's children (8yrs and 3yrs). 

We are hoping to raise enough to support them through their early years and into their future so we can support them through the tragic loss of their adored and beloved Mother. 

Obviously this is a very tragic life event for the children and we would like to give them the best life that their mother wanted for them.
