Amy Duthie, twenty-six years young and her husband Matt are in for the fight of their lives after late last week, Amy lost movement on one side and became disoriented and confused about knowing who was who.
She is now on a ventilator, in a precarious position, also now fighting pneumonia and a suspected case of a rare neurological disorder called ADEM, or Acute disseminated encephalitis.
The prognosis is a minute by minute proposition, however, this Redlands family, with four beautiful children, Will (5), Poppy (4), George (2 ½) and Ziggy (8 months) could really do with an extended outreach of love and care.
Given both incomes are now lost with neither working, we aim to find 3 months rent and other expenses or $6,800 in order to assist during this interim period between access to government support, whatever that might look like.
All donations, from $1-$1000 are truly appreciated and prayers for both Amy’s healing and full restoration as well as prayer for comfort, support and peace for Amy, Matt and the children and their extended families are really welcomed.
